  1. Great Place to Work Best Workplaces 2012
    Great Place to Work PCL are very proud to have achieved the award for Great Place to Work Best Workplaces 2012. This achievement was made possible by our staff who every day embody our “can do” ethos to the benefit of our clients.
  2. Great Place to Work PCL implements and enforces the Safe-T Cert designated Occupational, Health & Safety Management system in our offices and across all our sites, which comply with and exceed Health & Safety standards in accordance with OHSAS 18001 for the construction industry.
  3. Excellence Through People Award in 2002 PCL was joint first in Ireland within the construction industry sector to achieve the Excellence Through People Award in 2002, which is Ireland’s National Standard for Best Practice in Human Resource Development. PCL are currently in the process of applying for the Gold Award in the Excellence Through People Accreditation.
  4. Security Health & Safety Procedures
    PCL has introduced the ground breaking, innovative (Donseed) Security, Health & Safety and Business Management System. In addition, we are currently in the process of receiving OHSAS 18001 (Occupation Health and Safety Assessment Series) and the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standard.
