Community School

PCL uniquely up-cycled and repurposed 43 prefabricated units to provide a new educational building in record time and on budget for Celbridge Community School. The project was completed using a design and build approach, which allowed PCL to collaborate with MCOH architects and fast-track the design process in order to accommodate early access for the new academic year. The use of modular units that were already in stock was a key factor in the success of the project, as it allowed the team to complete the building quickly and efficiently. The end result was a functional, modern educational facility that met the needs of the students and faculty.
