Secondary School

The project at St. David's CBS Secondary School involved remedial works to the facades and refurbishment and fitout works to a listed building. To complete the remedial works on the elevations, mechanical means were used to rake out and remove all loose rendering, and light weight non shrink grout was installed. The use of leading edge hoists and lift platforms for plastering and painting enabled the team to reduce scaffolding costs and execute the works faster and more efficiently. These measures allowed the project to be completed efficiently and effectively, resulting in a fully-refurbished and modernized school building.
